1 競賽背景 Competition background
關于從家 About Congjia
從家致力于發展鄉村大平臺、互聯大數據、在集鄉村運營、投資、策劃、設計、建設等強大的資源基礎上開展從家定制、鄉村活化及私寶定制，力爭中國鄉村定制第一品牌。
Congjia is committed to the development of rural platform and large interconnected data, in rural set operation, investment, planning, design, construction and other powerful base on resources from custom, countryside activation and private treasure custom, strive for the first brand of Chinese rural custom.
業主情況
1、業主為80后四口之家返鄉創業計劃中；
2、房屋具有舒適居住空間的同時要滿足一定的經營需要，明確功能為：頂級特色餐廳+居??；
3、地處河南省東南角，當地盛產竹子、河石；
4、基地所處位置交通便利，距離竹沐園旅游風景區1.4公里，固始縣火車站3.0公里， G40滬陜高速出入口2.0公里；
5、土建成本預算50—70萬RMB，考慮基地內購置一顆大樹；
6、項目動工時間為2016年10月01日。
The condition of the owner
1、The owner,the generation after 80s,is in the plan of backing home of four to run business；
2、The house has a comfortable living space at the same time to meet certain business needs, clear function is: the top restaurants +living;
3、The house Is located in the southeast of henan province, is rich in bamboo, local river stone；
4、Base the location convenient transportation, the distance of bamboo mu garden tourism scenic area 1.4 kilometers, the gushi county railway station 3.0 km, G40 the shanghai-shaanxi expressway entrances and exits of 2.0 kilometers；
5、Civil engineering cost 50-700000 RMB, considering the base in the purchase of a big tree；
6、Project construction time :on October 1,2016.

2 獎項設置 Award setting
中標方案將由業主具體實施建造，由【從家定制】監督完成，中標者擁有從家01#小院設計版權，并掛牌署名。
The bid-winning scheme will be built by the owner concrete implementation, completed by supervision from【Congjia custom】,the winner has from home # 01 yard design copyright, and signature.
1 中標方案一次性現金獎勵10,000RMB，頒發獲獎證書；
The bid-winning scheme of disposable cash reward 10,000 RMB, award certificate;
2 2至6名每人（團隊）一次性現金獎勵1,000RMB，頒發獲獎證書；
2 to 6 (team) one-time cash reward 1,000 RMB per person, award certificate;
3 所有提交作品的個人/團隊，達到參賽要求即可獲得由80后業主提供的價值400元的精美農家禮品一份；
All submitted works of individual or team，Meet the entry requirements can be achieved a peasant gift worth 400 yuan fine. provided by the owner after 80;
4 前6名作品將在【從家定制】微信公眾平臺發布；
The first 6 works will be released in WeChat public platform of 【 Congjia custom 】;
5 邀請上海生活時尚頻道及設計師拍攝專訪紀錄片（3—5min），并播出一周；Invite Shanghai lifestyle channel and designers interview documentary (3-5 min), and broadcast a week;
6 中標后簽訂設計深化服務協議，指導最終設計施工，擁有從家01#小院自經營時間起5年，每年10%盈利分紅。After the winning we design deepen the service agreement, guide the final design and construction. We offer 10% profit share out bonus every year in the first 5 years.
7 優先選入從家專家團隊，并邀請從事其他從家小院跟蹤設計。First elected to the team of experts of Congjia and invite other from home yard track design.
3 基地周邊 Surrounding the base

4 賽程安排 Schedule arrangement
組委會 The organizing committee
本次大賽由上海從家信息科技有限公司主辦，競賽組委會將邀請上海合城規劃建筑設計有限公司、美國W&R國際設計集團、三家建筑自媒體以及80后業主共同組成，其中包含建筑學博士3人規劃博士2人。
The competition sponsored by Shanghai Congjia Information Technology co., LTD., The organizing committee will together invite competition COSPACE ARCHTECTS CO.,LTD(US)、USA W&R International Design Group、three buildings from the media as well as the owner after 80s. Among them there are three architecture, Dr and three planning, Dr.
